Marriage licenses must be obtained Monday-Friday at your county clerk office, in person, with the fee amount in CASH ONLY. Fees vary from $67-82. County Clerk offices are closed on all National Holidays. During the pandemic, appointments are required, and many clerks are backed up. Please check your individual county clerk’s office.

Over age 16, but under 18, but didn’t present parental consent, documents establishing that a prior marriage has been dissolved, or a court order;

Violation of the divorce waiting period- attempting to marry within the last 30 days of divorce.
